Mr. Kwadwo Nkansah Fordjour is an accomplished academic and finance professional with a wealth of experience in teaching, research, marketing and community service. He joined the Board of Directors of Otuasekan Rural Bank PLC on 1st August, 2024, bringing to the Bank a strong blend of academic excellence and industry knowledge that support effective governance and strategic decision-making.
Mr. Nkansah-Fordjour holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration (Finance Option), a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM-UK) and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM-UK). He is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration (Finance Option) at the International School of Management (ISM), France and is also undertaking studies in Petroleum Law and Policy at the University of Dundee – UK.
Within Kumasi Technical University, Mr. Nkansah-Fordjour has held several leadership roles including, Liberty Hall Master (2007-2009), Head of Marketing Department (2009-2011) and Deputy Director, International Affairs and Institutional Linkages.
He was Regional Vice Chairman of the Ghana Red Cross Society (2011-2015) and has contributed to various community initiatives. He is also a former member of the Academic Board of Kumasi Technical University.
Mr. Nkansah-Fordjour has participated in numerous seminars and workshops and has authored research work on topics including the Determinants of Capital Structure of the Listed Firms of Ghana Stock Exchange: A Test of Pecking Order Theory. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing-Ghana (CIMG), the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK) and a student member of ACCA.
He is proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, word, Excel and SPSS and has working knowledge in statistical software like E-Views, which enhances his research and analytical capabilities.
Mr. Nkansah-Fordjour’s vast academic, professional and community service experience makes him a valuable asset to the Board of Otuasekan Rural Bank PLC, as the Bank continues to improve the living standards of its clients and the people in the community it operates.
Mrs. Patricia Owusu Gyamfi is a board member of Otuasekan Rural Bank PLC , a position she has held since December 1, 2022. She is currently the Vice Chairperson of Otuasekan Rural Bank PLC and the acting Board Secretary. She has a strong background in business administration and banking.

Mr. Effa Frempa Kofi was appointed as a Board Member of Otuasekan Rural Bank PLC in July 2024. He holds a Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration (CEMBA) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
Mr. Effa was employed by controller and Accountant General’s Department. He was an Assistant Accountant at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) in Kumasi. He became the Ashanti Regional Head of Inspectorate of Controller and Accountant General’s Department. He later served as the Director of Finance of six (6) Municipal and District Assemblies – Ahafo Ano South, Sekyere East, Offinso South, Adansi North, Atwima Nwabiagya and Bekwai Municipal over a span of 24 years. He provided strategic leadership in public financial administration and retired as a Chief Accountant in the year 2020.
